S.H. Monsterarts UX-02-93 Mechagodzilla

Since I was being super lazy for the past weeks I didn't want to do this, well here it is.
Here are the accessories, you only get the beam if you got the 1st release of the figure.

Getting it in can be annoying since the teeth are in the way and you don't want to damage them. It looks cool and It looks like it was in the movie.

You also get this stand for the beam.

This is the flight head extension since his head can't look up.

All you do to the regular head is just pop it off and change the neck piece.

See, now he looks weird...

Up next are the hands and Tail that you need, one is straighter than the other and the other pair look more like karate chop hands.

You'll get this.

The plasma grenade piece for his stomach.

It looks  great

the black pieces are made out of metal, you'll find them on his elbows, and torso or stomach where you put the plasma grenade.

His knee

His feet (including toes) and the Ankle guard.

Of course his head rotates and his mouth opens

His arm is on a ball joint so it can go up or down and left and right.

He has a hinged elbow so he can do this.

This hands are on a hinge and they can rotate.

His torso allows him to go up and down and left and right.

His leg in on a hinge which is attached to a ball joint.

see, you can adjust the height of his leg...

He has a hinge and a toe joint.

His foot in on a ball joint.

It can go up or down, left or right.

Of course he can go in and out for his legs.

Same with the arms.

He looks great with Godzilla.

The box is awesome btw, its one of the coolest ones, although it is small (maybe because of the tail since it doesn't need much space)

Overall the Figure has great detail and looks just as it did in the movie. For his "History" go here, its about the movie and what happens in it. The pieces look great and just add more to the Character, you can make an animation although the legs might be a bit of a problem due to the fact that they are indeed heavy. Watch my animation Here, its Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla. I think you'll like this figure for what it is (its pretty much just about $68 at Monsterplannettoys.com and 78 elsewhere) He is a great addition to your collection and if you have Garuda you know what that means :D

I'm absolutely bored.

Today I have nothing to actually do, but I do have something to say.
My vinyl Mechagodzilla is on its way and might get here today.
picture by Gigan05, go check him out in DeviantArt.com
http://www.Gigan05.Deviantart.com/

So yeah, expect a couple of pictures for that. In other news, I wanted to start a Mechagodzilla short (a far longer one) but I just can't come up with anything. There was a Taro short, and a Mechagodzilla vs Spacegodzilla one too... a Vinyl Melee one, all of which are cancelled or unfinished. I did manage to finish shooting for MGvSG and Vinyl Melee.
  1. The vinyl Melee had GMK Goji, Gigan and 74 MG, and because I had 2 showa monsters I tried to make it funny.
  2. MGVSG That was a Monsterarts Rumble, Its finished... I just don't like it and It will cause an uproar with MG and SG Fanboys.
  3. Finally The Taro Short, yes, I won't reveal much but I would use the Chogokin Taro and vinyl Monsters.

What I bought in the past week (end)

So I spent over $150 and now I sort of feel guilty for spending that much...
Anyway here's what I bought, They will arrive by the end of the week...
Mechagodzilla vinyl... mine will have a tag, I was going to buy the one with out it and I accidentally checked out the one with, so I spent an extra $3

Heisei Godzilla, finally I own one, this one looks cool in its own right.
Heisei 1991 8" King Ghidorah. I was going to get the one with a tag but that would be about $35 more.
Last but not least, 1991 8" scale Mecha King Ghidorah!
Yes, I got this one instead of the 6" one because like I said, I prefer my Kaiju in scale with each other.

Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla

Yes, using my skills at stop motion I made this.

heres a link for youtube

anyway, it took me a day for stop motion and another to put the special effects.
2 to fix the corrupted file and 1 to put sound effects.
This was fun to make, it took me a while but yeah I like it.
I'll make more if you guys want to, just keep tuned.

Mecha-King Ghidorah!

I dont know much about this character due to the fact that I barely paid any attention to the movie, seriously I expected more Godzilla scenes but noooo... ugh. Anyway, I did pay enough attention to know that this is a different style Mecha. If you notice Mechagodzilla is all metal, not a single piece is Godzilla-ish (we're talking heisei here), Now we look at Mecha King Ghidorah and he's pretty much just a King Ghidorah with armor and the word "Mecha" mecha attached to it. Please note that I'm not talking about the Godzilla Island version.
which seems to look all Mech no organic pieces. and I think I see a pair of Mechagodzilla legs. Well anyway, lets go back to Mecha King Ghidorah. So, to be honest he looks pretty cool (even if he's not a traditional Mech... I wonder if Gigan is part mech...) Anyway, so supposedly he comes from the future to beat godzilla, and he ends up in a lake somewhere. I don't remember  to be honest T-T. The movie was filled with humans and I couldn't keep attention, I know they wanted to make a plot but It just had so little to do with Godzilla.
At least we got to see how Godzilla came to be.
Well back to King Ghidorah. Well to be honest I really like this design, It looks better than the almost toothless Showa version. His wings are huge! although you might not be able to see his eyes you can still see his teeth and they look fierce! as for Mecha King Ghidorah, the silver pieces and parts look super cool and they really go well with King Ghidorah's golden scales. The Mech head looks cool too, the little green and red lights and colors look cool too.

See? the colors look great and they just fit the character.
 Thats it for today.

Mechagodzilla (Heisei)

Mechagodzilla (93)
As much as I love the Millennium Mechagodzilla (aka Kiryu) I also like the design of the Heisei one. Although not as realistic (its Godzilla so its not realistic anyway) as the millennium version, he's still pretty cool in his own right. He has a Megabuster, paralyzer missiles, rockets and the plasma grenade. He can conbine with Garuda to create Super Mechagodzilla.
                                                                    History:
Mechagodzilla was created by U.N.G.C.C. and controlled by one of their branches which is G-Force. "Created from the remains of Mecha-King Ghidorah" He was created from futurian technology. His plates are made from artificial diamond which repels heat. He is 120 meters high and about 150,482 Tons, so he's huge and heavy. The original machine created was Garuda which was made to fight Godzilla but "Garuda's fighting capabilities were limited" so they built Mechagodzilla. Now Godzilla shows up and Mechagodzilla is sent to fight him. He flies to Godzilla and almost kills him for the1st time with the paralyzer missiles. Godzilla counters this with his own shocks of "thunder" and cripples Mecha-G from inside out, of course knowing the U.N.G.C.C., which they don't understand that tanks won't do crap, they send G-force (aka a bunch of tanks and planes) which leads to (what a big surprise) G-force being destroyed and godzilla leaving. Anyway, they fix Mecha-G for his next battle which was with Rodan (Radon same thing) and he ends up killing him. Of course while getting fixed he was modified so that he could combine with Garuda. Anyway Godzilla shows up and he fights Mechagodzilla but 1st being attacked by Garuda (which he just shakes of) he fights Mecha-G! He almost beats G-forces robot and Garuda combines and forms super Mechagodzilla and almost kills Godzilla... again. Rodan gives his energy to Godzilla and he shoots a Spiral at SMG and destroys him, so thats the end of Mechagodzilla and Garuda.
                                                  Figures:
Although not the most popular he's still got some good toys, which I will name the ones I have or want.
Here we have a vinyl, He looks great and He's just awesome. I wan't one... badly... and he's just so hard to find and expensive. It looks like him and thats about it, I don't think Bandai made a standard vinyl of Super Mechagodzilla, its a shame really.
Trendmasters 10" Mechagodzilla, which looks Great too. I want one

This one is one that I own, UX-02-93 Mechagodzilla from S.H. Monsterarts, Fantastic figure I must add.

And thats about all I can say about the Character and the Heisei version of Mechagodzilla.
